Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing branch team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices, provide support, and drive business excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- A competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
- A monthly bonus scheme, adding up to £10,000 per annum.
- A New Branch Opening Bonus of up to £4,000.
- 25 days' holiday, plus statutory holidays, totaling 33 days per year.
