Role Overview

Eurocell plc, a leading stock market listed company, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our new Trade Branch in Tonbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing branch team to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver branch objectives
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to add value to the branch and the wider business
  • Make commercial decisions to ensure sales and growth targets are achieved
  • Promote a strong customer satisfaction focus and address customer issues in a timely manner
  • Lead and manage team communications and meetings, ensuring effective branch operations
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the branch operates as effectively as possible
  • Develop relationships with customers to enhance sales and customer experience within the branch
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and the branch team to deliver excellence
  • Support regional teams with recruitment and provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
  • Promote a 'Safety First' culture and lead by example
  • Create an environment aligned with Eurocell's sustainability goals
