Role Overview

Eurocell plc, a leading stock market listed company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our new Trade Branch in Tonbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing branch team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices, provide training, and support branch staff in their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage branch budgets, forecasting, and reporting, providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in a trade, builders merchant, or retail environment.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze branch performance and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • A full and valid driving license is essential for this role.
