Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing branch team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regional teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to add value to the branch and the wider business.
  • Make informed commercial decisions to drive sales growth and maximize margins.
  • Promote a customer-focused approach and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including team absences, deployment, and training.
  • Support regional teams with recruitment and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently, and effectively, aligned with Eurocell's sustainability goals.
