ROLEEngineerProjects is responsible for execution activities for the projectassignedtohim/her. Alsoensure adherence to highest quality and safety standards asstipulatedbythecompany.KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Assisting andupdating work or installation status to the Sr. ManagerProject. Ensureinstallation activities are carried out exactly as per process /steps laiddown.Coordination with the store keeper and ensure that materialrequired for planned installation activity is readily available byconsidering delivery timeline of materials and if any shortageneeds to highlight the same to Sr. EngineerProjects.Highlighting short fall in required resources (Manpower / Material)to carry out planned installation work to projectengineers.Prioritize and distribute work to a deputed work force in such away that optimum work outcome is obtained everyday.Coordinating with other agencies/ cocontractors to ensure huddlefree workexecution.Highlight any dependencies that can impact his work schedule to Sr.Engineer Projects at theearliest.Overall responsible for execution of work with quality and agreedtimelines adhering to all safe work practices quality standardslaid down bycompany. Ensureall the snag as pointed out by PMC/Consultant/ Client are attendedand duly gets it verified and signed fromthem. Practicespiritual foundations laid down by company and strives to propagatesame in the colleagues working withhim. AssistsSr. Engineer Projects in performing any other tasks that are notdescribed above or may be specific to particular project/job. Provideall documents to generate WCR report to Sr. EngineerProjects.Generating measurement sheets and get it approved from Sr. EngineerProject & client srepresentative.Record all the changes in shop drawing incurred during executionand send markup drawing to project engineer for as builtdrawing. UpdateQuality Check and Installation Check lists as per progress ofwork. PrepareMIR for the material received at site and get it sign fromPMC/Client.Check and ensure TDS and Sample board received from planningdepartment isinline. Updatecommissioning checklist and reports and get it sign fromPMC/Client.Arrange Mock up before starting any activity and get it approved byPMC/client.Ensure below activities are done by Store Keeper / StoreIncharge TimelyGRPO TimelyConsumption.Maintaining Inward / Outward Register and Materialstacking.Maintaining Inward / Outward register for Tools andTackles. Tocross verify stocks for raising PurchaseRequestPREFERREDSKILLS Basicknowledge of MS Excel Outlook PowerPointWord Knowledgeof AutoCADShould be flexible withwork Basicwritten and oralEnglish
