The role

The Head of Test at MAG is a critical role focused on managing the team who are leading and innovating the testing of software and hardware systems integral to airport operations. Youll oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of technology that underpins MAG's services. 
Youll have the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the effectiveness and reliability of the technology that drives one of the UK's leading airport operators, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers and staff alike. 

What will make you successful in the role?

An extensive knowledge and experience of software agile testing methodologies, frameworks and automation, hardware testing procedures
Demonstrable experience in leading a technology testing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to identify and address challenges or obstacles facing the team
Excellent communication skills
Effective stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and make sound judgements for the benefit of the business
Adept at staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in technology, particularly in aviation
