Renault Truck Commercials based in Dunstable is looking for an excellent sales support co-ordinator to work closely with Sales Executives, Suppliers and Customers to ensure commercial vehicle sales are processed in a timely and accurate manner from point of order to point of delivery. This also includes providing administrative support to the Sales Support Manager.

This role is working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and paying up to £30,000, although negotiable for vehicle industry sales support experienced candidates.

This role comes with 25 days holiday plus BHs; 5% matched pension scheme; Healthcare Cash back Scheme and access to hundreds of offers via our Works perks scheme

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook/Excel/Word)Strong written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in a sales environment Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry is beneficial

Duties:

Place new vehicle orders with the Renault factory and monitor build timesRaise purchase orders for the supply of internal and external equipmentLiaise with commercial vehicle bodybuilders to monitor build timesBook vehicles into stock upon arrivalBook Pre-Delivery Inspections with Renault dealer workshopsBook 3rd party suppliers for external equipment fitmentsRaise new vehicle sales invoicesLoad vehicle data on to the Renault Trucks Dealer Management, Warranty & Aftermarket systemsRegister vehicles via the DVLA RAV online registration process
