Are you looking to work in a rewarding nursing environment?
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our forwarding thinking nurse lead team at our City Community Hospital based in Oxford.
We focus on rehabilitation and complex discharge management, caring for our patients who have a wide variety of conditions and have come to us from medical, trauma, renal and surgical wards. Every day you will see a variety of specialisms that will allow you to utilise and grow your nursing skills.
There is a strong therapeutic presence within our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team which you will be an integral part of, and you will actively contribute to providing the highest standards of patient care.

As a Registered Nurse you will be provided with excellent career development and training as we believe in supporting our staff to help them succeed and thrive in their roles.

A qualified RGN with passion and drive for developing your clinical skills in a changeable environment A keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing initiative and promoting new ideas on how to improve the service Be compassionate, caring and creative with excellent communication skills A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to accommodate our 24/7 service
