I am recruiting for educators who can tutor young people on a 1:1 basis within their home, care home or public venue to help them with GCSE or Functional Skills content. This role is based in Barking. I am looking for tutors who can help with English, Maths and Science.
As a tutor, you will need to …
- Be confident in creating resources in lines with the UK National Curriculum.
- Deliver stimulating resources to young people, which are tailored to their needs and interests.
- Be able to build a rapport with students.
- Write session reports about what was covered in sessions so that we can track the progress and content being covered.
- Have some SEN/ SEMH experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
