Our service is strategically located next to NHS Emergency Departments, ensuring seamless patient referrals and comprehensive care delivery.

Service Type: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent Care
Location: Worcestershire and Warwickshire
Rate: £45-£50 per hour (Ltd or Sole Trader). Enhanced rates apply for Bank Holidays.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical decision-making in urgent care services, utilising the Adastra system for effective patient management.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, perform home visits, and provide telehealth consultations as needed.
  • Deliver care during both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to optimise patient care and ensure best outcomes.
  • Apply advanced clinical skills in the assessment and management of urgent medical cases, ensuring swift and accurate treatment decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP), registered with the NMC or equivalent.
  • Master's Degree in Advanced Practice or formal recognition as an ANP or ECP.
  • Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) qualification and additional training in managing minor injuries and minor illnesses.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the Update Service.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, professional registrations, and immunisations.
