Job Title: Advanced Social Work Practitioner

Job Summary:

The Safeguarding Children in Need team is a multidisciplinary team that works directly with families who are identified as Children in Need under Section 17 of the Children Act 1989.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with families who are identified as Children in Need under Section 17 of the Children Act 1989.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide support and services to families.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of children and families.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Valid social work qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Rate Type:

Regular Pay: 26.62

Saturdays: 30.61

Sundays: 34.61

Bank Holidays: 53.24

Overtime: 31.94

Waking Night (Weekday): 39.08

Sleep In: 71.87

Remote Work: No
