About the Role

Walton Medical Centre is looking for an organised and approachable branch operations manager to join our friendly but busy team on a full times basis for hours per week, to be responsible for managing the surgery on a day to day basis, ensuring we provide the best levels of patient care in the best possible way. You will need to work on your own initiative and be committed to supporting a team. 

If you have some experience managing a small team already, and are looking to expand your experience into managing a more diverse workload then this is the role for you - with excellent support from our executive team at head office, and from the partners at the practice, you will be encouraged and supported to become a great manager in primary care, developing yourself and your team to achieve the partnership and branch performance objectives.

If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

Experience of working in a leadership role in a healthcare setting is essential. Confident, flexible and motivated High level of integrity and loyalty Experience of working in a leadership role in Primary Care will be advantageous. Experience of working in a customer service role and with SystmOne will be also be advantageous. Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover for colleagues. About Us
