Job Title: Branch Manager

Travis Perkins is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Southend-on-Sea branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth.
  • Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring compliance with safety, storage efficiency, and customer experience standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and engage a team of over 11 colleagues to deliver great service and achieve business objectives.
  • Set the tone for a Stay Safe culture, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
