Job Title: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth.
  • Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring compliance with safety, storage efficiency, and customer experience standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control sales, margin, and overheads to exceed annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
  • Champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and drive.
