Description:

Title: AnalystPayment operations

Hybrid Work schedule

Goal is contract tohire

At least2 years relevant experience required. The Payment Operations teamsupports our customers by providing prompt and accurate resolutionfor customer payment transactional issues such as refundschargebacks or missing payments while protecting the financialintegrity of every transaction. This role is responsible forproviding daily operational support and oversight of the endtoendpayments process primarily performed by offshore business partner.The Analyst role will liaise with our offshore business partner onpayment exception activities aid in resolution for escalations andconsult on complex issues. The Analyst role will also work with keyinternal stakeholders to address escalated issues and implementbest practices to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.This role is critical in the performance and enhancement of processcontrols monitors issues that arise and works with Sr Analyst andManager to reach resolution. Role will also be involved in testingfor projects system enhancements and company initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Key contact for offshore business partner insupport of day to day payment operations

Help improve the operational systems processes andpolicies in support of the departments goals and KPIs.

Help enforce payment policies procedures andstrategies in support of current and new businessinitiatives

Through analysis identifyanomalies trends or other concerns and raise upwards supporting theinsights driven culture

Aid inresolution of complex customer payment issues escalations andincident resolution

Assist in the creationof business requirements and testing for projects systemenhancements and company initiatives

Implement best practices to ensure successful processingof payments and exceptions

Alsoresponsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by businessmanagement as needed.

Education requirement:Bachelors

Knowledge Skills andAbilities:

Cross Functional Relationships:Experience partnering with cross functional businesspartners/stakeholders and thirdparty payment/industrypartners.

Microsoft Office: SME inMicrosoft Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word Visio Outlook)

Organization: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills; effectively balance multiple priorities and meetdeadlines

Communication: Superior oral andwritten communication skills including the ability to flexcommunication style and to communicate effectively at allorganizational levels

Business Process:Strong experience in documenting processes controls risks andbusiness process modeling.

BusinessAcumen: Demonstrated technical and business acumen with genuineinterest in applying creative solutions to address challenges andopportunities within the payments space.
