We are currently seeking a high calibre individual to join the team in the role of Product Manager - Custody
The purpose of the role will be to provide leadership to develop and maintain the product roadmap and business strategy whilst collaborating with technology and delivery teams to prioritise feature enhancement.

In this role, you will:
• Contribute towards developing and owning end-to-end operating model for the Custody product. This includes the ownership of the systems infrastructure
• Assess client needs and demand for product features and impact on roadmap and backlog. 
• Contribute towards the development and execution of the Custody vision and strategy on the basis of 4 key principles, growth, innovation, scalability and digitisation
• Understand market and regulatory trends to maintain product advantage, support client onboardings to sell, explain, present product to clients.
• Provide product expertise to Business Development and Client Executives in sales pitches, client meetings, key RFP’s etc

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following:

• Proven background in product design, product management and/or product ownership with experience of implementing new products to market.
• Ability to operate and influence at a senior level particularly around the benefits of the product offering, with previous client facing exposure.
• Excellent organisational and presentation skills, credible with senior stakeholders and a self-starter who can operate on own initiative
• In-depth knowledge of Securities Services with knowledge of custody/asset management/transfer agency and/or fund admin, ideally with a specific understanding of ETF’s, Mutual Funds and Alternatives.
• Be highly adaptable and possess the gravitas to work with global colleagues and stakeholders on a daily basis
