Job Description
Turner & Townsend are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support our internal recruitment function. The role will suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and who enjoys working as part of a team.
Our recruitment and resourcing team plays an important part in the success of the business by attracting and recruiting the best talent in market, providing a best in class candidate experience. We have a fun and inclusive culture within the team, collaborating to achieve the best results possible.
Hybrid working is available for this role, with attendance in the office expected when required.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the role is co-ordinating and arranging a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies Building relationships with candidates and hiring managerEssential Criteria:
Strong organisationial skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Fully proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Especially in Office365 Outlook/Excel/Word/Teams and PowerPoint applications)
Qualifications
Previous proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator world be preferred Fully proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Especially in Office365 Outlook/Excel/Word/Teams and PowerPoint applications)
