**Description**

Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring all recruitment onto an internal project is done in a timely and effective way.

They will ensure, by working closely with the Resourcing Lead, that all demands are captured. They will also assist the Resource Lead and the project in all recruitment tasks from beginning to end.

Please note this role will require travel to the project site in Bridgewater.

- Excellent communication skills - You will be working with internal and external stakeholders regarding recruitment.
- Working across the business to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is followed.
- Creating approvals for recruitment dictated by the client.
- Working with our recruitment provider on internal referrals
- Being a central point of contact for stakeholders both internally and externally
- Supporting with weekly reporting and attending update meetings on behalf of the business.
- Creating and building offer packages for new workers and gaining the relevant approvals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and exchanging information in order to clarify situations.
- Keeping the workforce plan updated for workers joining and leaving the business.
- Supporting coordination of recruitment for the project
- Processing a range of information received from a range of sources, including project resource demands and vacancies to ensure accuracy of data in the system.

Recruitment Coordinator
- An organised individual, capable of keeping track of changing demands.
- An excellent communicator able to handle difficult situations confidently and remove any restrictions to communications.
- Experience of working collaboratively to balance competing demands and priorities
- A driven individual who is able to successfully build relationships and negotiate to deliver results.
- Willing and able to act on initiative within pre-defined constraints.
- Proficient within MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
