I am looking for a consultant to join a small, friendly team. We cover for admin and clerical temporary roles for Government clients.
MON TO FRI 9 TO 5.30

£24,000 PER ANNUM
Amongst other things, on a typical daily basis you will be;
Arranging interviews
Running payroll weekly
Advertising jobs
Managing a holiday inbox
Answering client queries

Core Role Responsibilities Accountability New Business Development ? To identify potential business opportunities with new clients and establish their requirements and value to the company ? Develop and maintain business relationships with appropriate clientcontacts through a structured approach ? Speculatively represent applicants in line with business guidelines Maximising Existing Business ? Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular and structured contact to establish on-goingbusiness needs and maximise business potential ? Speculatively represent applicants in line with business guidelines ? Address issues in a timely manner and identify solutions with relevant parties implementing them in agreed timescales Applicant Management? Identify core applicants using appropriate attraction techniques ? Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with all core-applicants and temporary workers including but not restricted too registering and interviewing the applicant to establishingtheir requirements, strength and key skills through appropriate computer assessments including Advantage ? Identify suitable booking opportunities for applicants and communicating all requirements of the job ? Ensure retention of temporaries through fair andcompetitive pay rates as well as marketing initiatives Compliance ? Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements ? Maintain and control accurate data using legislative and company systems ? Ensure an effective and secure system for allinformation /data ? Comply with the Company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence.

Corporate Standards ? Monitor customer service through the Quality Management Programme ? Action effective controls in line with BS ISO 9002 standards ? Promotion of Brook Street's professional image through the appearance and conduct of the branch staff? Uphold Brook Street's brand profile at all times through the effective management of both clients and applicants ? Ensure adherence to personal activity and revenue targets ? Monitor developments and trends in the local market including competitor activity? Maintain profitable margins through appropriate charge rates within business guidelines ? Contribute to the maintenance of quality housekeeping
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, good eye for detail, great administration & customer service skills as well as a hunger for being the best
We offer flexible working from the office and also from home, Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm, although due to the nature of the position, there may be days where you work later.
