Job Introduction

A temporary opportunity is available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Bristol based Recruitment Team for a period of up to 12 months (subject to review).

Reporting to and working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you will be part of a small and supportive team providing an excellent recruitment service to the business. You will be responsible for managing a high volume campaign, at speed and for backfilling the multiple internal vacancies that will arise. You will recruit across all four of our regions: West Midlands, East Midlands, South West and South Wales and will be proficient in utilising a variety of different attraction strategies at both a national and local level.

Main Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the candidate process from talent attraction, right through to offer. You'll engage and support our hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment cycle, challenging them to think broadly about how we attract and recruit diverse talent.

You will use our applicant tracking system to manage the end to end recruitment cycle along with generating reports to analyse and create actions which support continuous improvement.

You will manage and support the assessment and interview process, improving current processes to fit the evolving needs of the business and to ensure our candidates have an excellent experience. You will support the business during the shortlisting process ensuring all new hires meet the relevant criteria, including qualification checks, right to work and security clearance in line with company policy.

Candidate Requirements

You will need to have broad end to end recruitment experience, be a driven and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously. You will need to be flexible and keen to work with and support other team members.

Strong communication skills are key as you will be liaising and building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. We'll need you to be resilient, organised and able to prioritise a busy workload to meet tight deadlines.

You will be proficient in using MS Office and have experience using an ATS. You will also be required to come to the Bristol office each Thursday with additional days in the office on occasion.

Note - if you do not hear back within 48 hours of applying, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion, however, we will have your CV and contact details on files should something more suitable arise.
