JOB TITLE: Supervisor – Rigging & Lifting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out and oversee the document control processes, ensuring all documents are properly managed and stored. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless document flow. Manage the distribution, retrieval, and archiving of documents. Issue documents, technical queries and formal letters to Petrofac Engineers, Clients and suppliers using transmittals to formally track and log all technical documentation. Track and record communications both internally and externally regarding Project deliverables, formal letters, technical queries and any other important contract documentation. Review documents for accuracy and completeness, and ensure they are properly formatted and approved. Ensure all documentation at the end of a project is handed over to the client in accordance with the Project contract and archived in accordance with Petrofac procedures. Ensuring compliance with Petrofac’s ISO Quality procedures, Project QA Plan. Generate and analyze reports on document control activities and project documentation status. Provide regular updates to management on document control processes and improvements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

GCSE or Higher; Diploma in business administration is preferred. Experience as a Document Controller – 5yrs or more. Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for document control. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
