About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our reporting team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of financial statements for our UK and overseas entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing financial statements
  • Lead the audit process and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Partner with the wider finance team to deliver Corporate Tax schedules and provide accounting advice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS
  • Confident in leading the audit process and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
