Role - Technical Project Manager

Reporting Into - Head of Tech and Data

Responsibilities

• You will be a member of the helia Technology team responsible for managing the

development and delivery of Digital Interactive Marketing Technology-based projects to our clients. You will use your experience and know-how to work with creative and development teams to estimate projects costs and ensure projects are managed to budget, on time and compliant with Havas’ policies, procedures and technical standards.

• The applications include Campaign Web and App based experiences deployed to

support loyalty and CRM experiences across touchpoints and channels.

• Project Management

• Work with Systems Analysts, developers, creatives CX designers and client services to scope and estimate the cost and delivery schedule of proposed projects.

• Plan and manage the delivery of digital interactive CX projects across martech platforms and cloud hosting environments.

• You will typically have 5 or 6 smaller projects under management but could also be called upon to manage larger projects and change requests which have a delivery schedule of a year or longer.

• Liaise with systems analysts, developers, creatives CX designers and testers to ensure solutions are defined, coded and tested according to current Quality Management process.

• Identify project-based risks and mitigation.

• Manage accurate and timely communications of project status to clients and client service teams as required.

Quality Management and Technical Compliance.

• Participate in supplier service reviews with clients as required.

• Ensure ISO9001 compliance for all development projects.

• Monitor compliance with use of agreed helia tech stack
