Job Description

The Technical Support Administrator will provide support in the creation and update of technical information to include assembly work instructions and manufacturing supporting documentation, reporting to the QA Manager.

Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets business standards;
  • Gather information from subject-matter experts to develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation;
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience;
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement;
  • Organise and maintain detailed databases of reference materials;
  • Research usability tests and design specifications to create engaging content;

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment;
  • Experience creating and writing technical documents;

Candidates with experience as Project Support Assistants, Production Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Technician Administrators, Technical Writers, and Assistant Project Managers may be suitable for this role.
