Division: Liner - UK Division
As ONECare Sales Specialist you are responsible for contractual matters for our SME clients from rate quotation to contract filing to OPUS. You are expected to actively educate our ONECare clients towards fully utilising ONE's growing range of self-service tools and take care of appropriate human intervention as and when needed. You act as an escalation point for cases that cannot be resolved by our ONECare Service team with regards to contract related matters of our ONECare clients on aggregate level. You may also be in charge of supplying the same type of service - with less impact of self-service tools though - to SME clients in Reefer / Special Cargo.
Responsibilities:
You proactively encourage our ONECare customers to make full use of the technical and self-service tools ONE offers. In order to do so you need to keep up-to-date on the latest development and implementation stages and make our valuable SME clients recognise the added value these tech enables will have for their business. Since this may be less applicable to our Reefer / Special Cargo business a more hands-on coverage may be required here.
You are responsible for contract related matters for regular/long term business and - where applicable - for Reefer / Special Cargo. You provide ad hoc support and follow-up on /respond to Sales Leads if/when human intervention is required. As such you act as the escalation point on service issues that could not be solved by the ONECare Service team.
You take care of maintenance and monitoring of existing and about-to- expire contracts, always in line with ONE's growth / cargo / volume strategy as well as our overall commitments.
Support ONE's digital transformation by utilising and promoting our e-commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable and relevant to your tasks and responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Shipping Experience is preferred
Familiar with google platforms / excel / GMail / PowerPoint
Telephone sales as well as occasional F2F Sales
Travel both internal and external
