Provide operational and project management of identified functions, teams and projects. Education

Essential criteria

Educated to master’s degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience working in specialist area. (e.g. programme/ project management, AHP workforce development) HCPC / General Osteopathic Council registered professional

Desirable criteria

Practice assessor/ Fieldwork educator qualification or equivalent Prince 2 or Quality Improvement Methodology or equivalent experience in project management

Experience

Essential criteria

Experience of working under broad direction with senior colleagues in a range of organisations both NHS and non-NHS. An ability to deliver formal presentations to large senior audiences both internal and external.

Desirable criteria

Demonstrable experience of using a range of IT, for extracting/analysing and presenting data Quality Improvement Methodology or equivalent experience in project management

Skills

Essential criteria

Excellent MS Office skills – MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and without direct supervision Ability to write reports, maintain and handle large volumes of data

Desirable criteria

Ability to work with and interact with staff at all levels, including influencing and dealing confidently with senior staff Excellent organisational skills/time management and ability to prioritise own and team workload under pressure to tight deadlines (2)
