Home-based Health Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home-based Health Professional to join our team as a Remote Functional Assessor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in evaluating claimants' health and well-being, providing comprehensive reports to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate claimants' health and well-being through phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Analyze medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities
  • Produce detailed reports for the DWP
  • Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges
Requirements:
  • Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General) or Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused) with at least 2 years of active registration with NMC or HCPC
  • Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills

Training and Development:
