Field Team Manager

Territory covering: North of England

What will you be doing?

  • Managing our team of Sales Executive who call into convenience and independent stores in a specified territory, selling in Suntory products, educating retailers and siting POS.
  • Your team will be collecting stock from a nominated cash with a company van so you will need to ensure all processes in relation to this are completed correctly and on time.
  • Report back on your team's success and support them in any development areas
  • Supporting the team with field visits when necessary.
  • Ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Ensuring expenses are correct and submitted on time.

This would be a great Field Manager role for you if:

  • You have previous sales and field management experience.
  • You have a full UK driving licence and are happy to use your own vehicle for work
  • You have a smart phone to enable you to complete reporting (Android or Apple)
  • You love supporting a team and driving sales.

What will we offer you?

  • £130 per day plus a potential £10 per day completion bonus payable at the end of the work (based on achieving the requirements for the role and completing the whole activity).
  • Virtual training on 19th August
  • Business mileage

In addition, you will have the support and advice you need and the security of knowing you are working for CPM, one of the UK's largest field marketing companies.
