As a HR Administrator, you'll provide administrative support to the People team, across the full range of the People Department. You will play a crucial role in supporting the People function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, data gathering and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for advertising jobs through our ATS.
  • Supporting the recruitment process through arranging interviews,
  • screening candidate CV’s and producing contracts of employment.
  • Managing some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle (support will be given).
  • Input new employee details on the HRIS (HiBob) ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Coordinate induction programmes for new hires to ensure they are welcomed in the right way, learn about the job and the company and meet the right colleagues.
  • Support general People administration
  • Manage sickness/absence within the business
  • Accurately onboard all new starters on to internal system
  • Work closely with the Director of People to deliver any projects to the wider business
  • Manage the Right to Work in UK process to ensure complete legislation compliance
  • Coordinate any necessary investigations, disciplinary meetings, return to work meetings
  • Assist with People-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

About you:

  • 1 years of experience, ideally in a People function role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and HiBob and HRIS systems would be an advantage
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
