We have a fantastic opportunity in our dynamic Corporate Payroll department. Sitting in our dedicated Finance team and reporting to our Payroll Manager, this role requires the ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues across many departments throughout our worldwide organisation whilst acting as a front-line representative with our benefit and payroll providers. You will have an active role in our global payroll operations ensuring that each stage of the payroll process for our Europe and Asia employees are actioned efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

Process Europe and Asia payroll every pay periodMaintain payroll processing system and records by capturing, calculating and inputting dataAdhere to payroll procedures and align with relevant country lawTake ownership to complete year-end payroll processes in each relevant jurisdiction, such as P45’s and P60’s in the UKProcess starters, leavers, contract changes and ensure the payroll records are updated accordinglyProcess monthly, year-end and ad hoc reportsRespond to all payroll queries received in a professional and efficient mannerCoordinate with the wider Finance department to ensure monthly reconciliations are undertaken which align to approved processes and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience with ADP StreamlinePrevious experience of processing monthly payrolls in Europe and AsiaProficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a collaborative environmentAbility to collaborate and establish relationships cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and other business partnersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised and attentive to detail when working to tight deadlinesDemonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities and contending demands

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in the use of SAPHeavy background in a similar payroll role performing all payroll functions for a publicly traded (US or UK listed) multinational corporationDemonstrable leadership experience in a coaching/supervisory or project-lead capacityFlexible problem solver willing to take on any task and lead a wide range of ongoing projects assigned to youQuick learner who knows when to ask for guidance and how to seek approval for plansStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressureKnowledge of other finance functions desirable, but not essential
