We have a fantastic opportunity in our dynamic Corporate Payroll department. Sitting in our dedicated Finance team and reporting to our Payroll Manager, this role requires the ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues across many departments throughout our worldwide organisation whilst acting as a front-line representative with our benefit and payroll providers. You will have an active role in our global payroll operations ensuring that each stage of the payroll process for our Europe and Asia employees are actioned efficiently and accurately. **Responsibilities**:

- Process Europe and Asia payroll every pay period
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by capturing, calculating and inputting data
- Adhere to payroll procedures and align with relevant country law
- Take ownership to complete year-end payroll processes in each relevant jurisdiction, such as P45’s and P60’s in the UK
- Process starters, leavers, contract changes and ensure the payroll records are updated accordingly
- Process monthly, year-end and ad hoc reports
- Respond to all payroll queries received in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate with the wider Finance department to ensure monthly reconciliations are undertaken which align to approved processes and procedures

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with ADP Streamline
- Previous experience of processing monthly payrolls in Europe and Asia
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to collaborate and establish relationships cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and other business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and attentive to detail when working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities and contending demands

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in the use of SAP
- Heavy background in a similar payroll role performing all payroll functions for a publicly traded (US or UK listed) multinational corporation
- Demonstrable leadership experience in a coaching/supervisory or project-lead capacity
- Flexible problem solver willing to take on any task and lead a wide range of ongoing projects assigned to you
- Quick learner who knows when to ask for guidance and how to seek approval for plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of other finance functions desirable, but not essential
