DescriptionAs Financial Business Systems Implementation Consultant at Tillo you'll play a key role in implementing, managing and optimising the financial systems used by the business. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of technical solutions for business needs and prior experience of implementing and integrating finance systems into the business.

If successful, you will look afterVendor Selection and Scoping
  • Analyse and review current finance and business processes and review prospective suppliers against the agreed requirements selecting the right solution to drive financial transformation at Tillo
  • Analyse, document, and communicate business requirements for ERP integration
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Systems Integration
  • Implement the selected ERP and managing the Tillo teams and alongside the chosen providers implementation team 
  • Act as a liaison between the finance and engineering teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and technical specifications
  • Conduct data migration and cleansing activities to ensure accurate and reliable data transfer 
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and document requirements from finance team members
  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams during the development and implementation phases
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the integration project
Financial Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain financial reports within the chosen system to meet the reporting requirements of various stakeholders
Process Optimisation
  • Streamline and optimise financial processes through the use of financial systems, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices
Training and Support
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality
  • Create documentation and conducting workshops to enhance the overall understanding of system capabilities

About you
  • You've got proven experience in ERP/Financial systems implementation who is confident leading the process, and supporting the wider business through it
  • You have a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
  • You're a natural collaborator, used to working in fast-paced teams
  • You've got proven experience in delivering ongoing support and training to end-users on financial systems
