Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our client's HR systems, procedures, and methodology as part of a significant business transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise to spearhead the system implementation project, driving business change and improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the project objectives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver their tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience of leading application implementations, such as ERP, Finance, HR, or payroll-related projects/programmes.
- Experience of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration.
- Experience with matrix management and the ability to manage multiple projects within a programme.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data, generate effective solutions, and make informed decisions.
