About the job

The Framework Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the bid management process, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of competitive proposals to clients. This individual works closely with the Bid coordinator and cross-functional teams to coordinate all aspects of bid preparation, submission, and follow-up. Key responsibilities include document management, scheduling meetings, compiling bid materials, and ensuring compliance with both client requirements and company standards.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Framework Management: Horizon scanning of current opportunities available to us and recommendations of suitable opportunities. Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and reviewing bids, ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Document Management: Maintain and organize bid documentation, including templates, submissions, and feedback for continuous improvement. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the bid process. Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with client specifications and company policies, including legal and financial requirements. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding bid queries and information requests.

You'll need to be:

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change. Proactive, with a keen interest in continuous learning and improvement. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

As a minimum, you will need to have:

Experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport industry. Strong organisational and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, bid management and CRM software. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
