We're looking for a talented and experienced creative copywriter to join Kindred, TSB’s in-house creative agency. As part of the Kindred team, you’ll be supporting the TSB brand and marketing team in the creation, development and delivery of integrated brand and advertising campaigns to attract new customers, retain existing customers and build brand loyalty, to support our business and brand objectives. With this in mind, you'll need a depth of demonstrable agency and/or in-house agency experience in advertising, content, brand, and direct marketing (ECRM).

How you'll make a difference
• Working both independently or with other Kindred creatives to interpret briefs and develop brilliantly thought-out creative concepts for TSB brand and marketing.
• Writing original copy and editing content for a range of marketing and communications materials – everything from paid digital ads, to radio ads, social content and mandatory service emails.
• Collaborating closely with our team of art directors, designers and account/project managers, from concept development to delivery of final product.
• Presenting concepts, copy and final deliverables to the internal Kindred team and to the wider TSB brand & marketing team representatives when requested. Also participating occasionally in pitches for new TSB projects.
• Revising copy based on internal and client feedback.

What you'll bring
• A depth of creative agency or in-house copywriting experience, with a good portfolio of work that includes brand advertising, digital & content, direct response (ECRM).
• The ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and then use that insight to write engaging and compelling copy which feels warm, conversational and ‘human’. 
• The ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• A love of the craft and a keen eye for detail.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and the natural attitude of a team player.
