About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Copywriter to join our team at VIEVE. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling brand voice and tone that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine a unique and consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Create high-quality, original, and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Optimize web content for SEO, including researching keywords, incorporating them into copy, and following best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product development, and e-commerce, to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, industry news, and competitor activities to create relevant, timely, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining a high standard of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Develop a comprehensive playbook that outlines tone of voice guidelines, messaging strategies, and best practices for use across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize copy for better results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a copywriter, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types, including web copy, product descriptions, press releases, email marketing, and social media content.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
