Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Product Developer within DTP, you will be involved with developing and maintaining Point of Sale documentation that is processed through the CDL systems. Responsibilities would include;
  • Develop, maintain, support and test insurance and broker products, using the appropriate languages and tools.
  • Collaboration with fellow developers and Product Development Managers.
  • Assisting clients with product queries and issues as required.
  • Ensuring that service level agreements are met to satisfy client needs.
The right person for this role will be a quick learner who is keen to expand their existing programming skills in a well-structured environment. Our training is tailored to the role which evolves into our STEP programme to continue your development within the role.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Customer service skills and experience of communicating with management, colleagues and customers is preferred.
  • GCSEs with a minimum grade A-C in Maths and English and A-Level or equivalent in relevant subject.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
The salary for this position is Circa £22,000 per annum and the opportunity to progress through our performance related career pathway.
