**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Roadmap Management:

- Collect and analyse user feedback, market trends, and business objectives to inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements.
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document and communicate product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment among the development team.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Agile Project Management:

- Work within an Agile development framework, utilizing tools like Jira or Trello to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, providing clarity on requirements and priorities.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team.
- User Experience and Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that features and improvements meet the desired standards of functionality and performance.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and data to drive iterative improvements and optimize the user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or online retail is a plus.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of the latest industry trends.
