We have a great opportunity for a Product Developer to join a premium sportswear brand. You will be responsible for developing seasonally relevant in line and SMU apparel collections from initial tech pack stage through to final bulk production ensuring quality, fit, testing and price targets are met and the product is fit for purpose. Reporting to the Senior Product Developer you will ensure key dates are met to ensure orders are placed on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiate seasonal prices in line with targets
  • Meet key event stages within the critical path framework
  • Work with design and material teams on fabrics, trims fit and construction
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers
  • Assist in the design process by suggesting improvements
  • Ensuring all tech packs are correct and updated
  • Reviewing samples
  • Approving care instructions
  • Monitor quality and compliance of products

We are looking for someone with 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role with a relevant bachelor’s degree. You must be able to show deep product and range understanding. Confidence working with various teams is a must and a willingness to mentor and coach junior members of the team to help to improve their knowledge.
