As a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll:
Lead the development and delivery of the Customer & Shopper Marketing Strategy, aligning brand plans with relevant channels to create a clear shopper engagement vision across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK.Work closely with UK & EU commercial teams to influence strategic decisions, drive growth and ROI through the development and execution of annual shopper marketing plans and budgets.Collaborate with the brand, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and fully maximised marketing plans, including input into the NPD process.Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with key retail partners, creating plans encompassing range, merchandising, NPD, and promotional activities.Oversee the effective execution of in-store and online promotional activities, ensuring efficient implementation and maximised impact.Leverage your understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour to shape the brand strategy and champion excellence in execution.What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Demonstrable experience in shopper marketing across multiple environments.Proven ability to manage and monitor budgets to ensure maximum ROI for shopper marketing activities.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, to build robust working relationships.Experience in developing and executing category management plans.Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Creative thinker with an eye for innovation and new ideas.Experience supporting commercial retail teams and influencing strategic decisions.What’s in it for me?
