THE COMPANY

Hip Pop® has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we’re based in the heart of Manchester city centre

Our products include multi-award-winning soda and kombucha and we’re stocked in exciting places ranging from Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose & Booths to Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and even on the Manchester United first team bus

THE ROLE

  • Ownership of the relationships with our trade partners’ marketing teams.
  • Development and execution of standout promotional plans in partnership with our trade customers – out of home venues (cafes, hotels, offices, bars, restaurants), retailers and wholesalers.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop engaging trade activation plans.
  • Planning and executing brand partnerships in the trade environment.
  • Champion the voice of our consumers and customers by harvesting relevant insights through engagement with customers, shoppers and consumers.
  • Reporting on targets & objectives


YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Great communication skills – written and verbal
  • Organised detail-oriented, and passionate about building challenger brands
  • Creative and keen to challenge the norms to build a brand through trade environment
  • Analytical with problem solving mindset
  • Team player able to establish effective working relationship with sales, marketing and operations
  • An experience working in successful Sales or Marketing operations department
  • Experience in working with trade partners – out of home, retail, wholesale
  • Passionate about health & wellness
