We have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals, who have a passion for the automotive sector to be part of a field sales team to support the growth of the global lubricants brand Castrol; visiting Automotive Workshops across the UK to help promote the Castrol branded workshop programme and drive sales.


We have a Full-time, permanent regional role working 37.5 hours per week. Working closely with our sales and marketing team, you will be field based, building strong relationships and helping to boost awareness of Castrol and the product range across Automotive Workshops.

As a Business Development Manager at Certas Energy, you will maximise the commercial sales opportunities and customer experience, using a combination of consultative selling, strong negotiation skills targeted on new customer acquisition. Working in a quality-focussed environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction and effective communication.
