Greeting our Guests 

Dealing with all incoming reservations​

Upselling outlets​

Cross checking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in Opera​

Dealing with room blocks, groups and tours​

Maximizing departmental revenue opportunities​

Preparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasks​
Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel environment​

Opera Cloud knowledge is essential​

ResaWeb knowledge is fundamental​

Previous experience in a Accor hotel is a plus


Additional Information

Hours : Full Time 40 hours per week

Salary: To be confirmed

Flexibility: Monday - Sunday

Job start Date: To be confirmed 

Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
