Key Responsibilities:

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, licensing, and health and safety regulations.

- Brand Promotion: Represent the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
We're looking for someone with Moxie:
- You have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
- You are good with people and enjoy chatting with guests.
- You are a skilled multi-tasker who can balance hard work with great service.
- You understand that being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy.
- You are a clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferable Experience:
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within a hotel's hospitality department.
- Experience in hotel reception or bar operations is preferred.
