Opportunities within our agencies:

We’re looking for highly analytical and strategic-minded individuals to join our agencies’ Strategy teams. As a Strategist, you work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Our agencies include TBWA\WH London, CDM London, DDB Remedy, The Planning Shop, Excerpta Medica and the Adelphi group of agencies. We look to a hire a variety of roles at all levels within strategy and planning, including Brand Strategists, Digital Strategists and Scientific Strategists.

What our agencies typically look for in applicants:

Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting, preferably in a similar industry. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to identify patterns and trends. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to see the big picture. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in using analytical tools, financial modelling software, and other relevant software applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
