Our client is seeking Consultants to join their London team and work with prestigious UK and International management consultancy firms.
About the Client:
Our client is a leading Talent Strategy & Advisory firm that partners with Management Consulting clients to solve their challenges in Attraction, Retention, and Reward across all levels. They work closely with top-tier consulting firms, boutiques, and globalorganizations to help them grow and succeed. This requires an ability to really understand a client’s most important needs and work with them to resolve it.
They offer a comprehensive range of services, including Talent Advisory, Executive Search, Talent Bench, and M&A Advisory.
About you and what to expect
- Their consultants have expertise across these areas and work collaboratively to deliver results.
- They foster a supportive and collaborative environment and offer a competitive basic salary as well as a lucrative quarterly bonus structure to reward the hard work of their employees.
- They are firm believers in collaborative teamwork - and learning together as a team and are therefore working Monday to Friday from the office

In return they offer a career path into consultancy, and the ability to deal with senior stakeholders from the outset; they are not a standard transactional KPI driven recruitment firm - and they do not expect the more junior consultants to deal with workthat is not being carried out by more senior members of the team.

It would be desirable but not essential for individuals that have put themselves through a Masters and / or have some kind of consulting / sales experience - or at the least have shown they are able to operate for a period of time in an office setting
