Business Development Executive

UBT Recruitment are working with a well established family-run SME based in Chippenham. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join their growing team. You will be responsible for working with the marketing team to find, develop and nurture leads through to hot lead handover stage to the business development team and support in converting leads.
Working hours & Salary: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Business Development Executive Duties:
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and follow up activities using the CRM system
- Support marketing initiatives
- Liaise between the sales and marketing teams, facilitating communication and cooperation in lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with sales representative to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
