Our client, a Letting Agent based in Stamford Hill, is now seeking a Lettings Administrator to join the team. The role includes general administrative tasks as well as organising paperwork and interviewing and vetting for new tenants. Previous office experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants to schedule appointments.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of available rental properties.
  • Interview and vet prospective tenants.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Collect and process tenant deposits and rental payments.
  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, including property inspections and inventory management.
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Assist with the marketing and advertising of rental properties.
  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing documentation.
  • Proficient computer skills
