We are looking for a sales manager, a retail manager, someone who works to people targets, is tenacious in their approach to sales. We are even open to a sales team leader, someone who is not shy of showcasing their key achievements and bringing it to Adecco

We are seeking an individual with a unique blend of self-motivation, entrepreneurial drive, and a consultative mindset. This candidate should not only embody these qualities but excel at taking on the opportunity for growth in different business sectors.

The team

We have an amazingly talented bunch in this branch. Steve, our legal specialist; Sam our perms consultant, and Kate our Senior Candidate Consultant. Blended with our 15 years of tenure in Northumberland and 4 years within the Legal sector across the area, there is so much opportunity to grow the industrial space in Newcastle and surrounding areas, alongside white collar in Northumberland.

 

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Director, you will be responsible for increasing the branches revenue by maintaining and growing Adecco market share in the area.

 

  • You will do this by analysing, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch. Alongside, reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.
  • Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts in the branch.
  • Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the Adecco way to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.
  • You will be adept at adopting a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.
  • Integral to this role is the ability to generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships. You will ideally have a track record in cultivating leads, expanding client portfolios and contributing significantly to team success through strategic business development initiatives.

This multifaceted role requires a visionary leader who can steer the branch towards success through a balance of proactive business development and attentive mentorship.
