Our client is well known for honest, professional recruitment services. Operating across the Commercial and Professional Services sectors they have a loyal, and in some cases exclusive client base. They have a strong branch network and are located in many keytowns and cities across the UK. The branch is highly established and works to a high budget each year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to head up the Newcastle Branch. The branch has been through a period of change and will require a manager with a strong sales lead to help develop and rebuild business.
They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can add to the team, inspire, coach and mentor. You will be tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example, sell the services to local businesses, and growthe branch. The team will need to be supervised, trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven manager.
This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run thebranch as if this really was your own business.
The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.
Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
